Description: Its destructive power is great enough to even pierce through rock, meaning it has a high killing potential. The user can increase the number of spears to attack multiple enemies. This makes it nearly impossible to evade.

Description: By wrapping his body in a layer of Lightning chakra, the Fourth Raikage can electrically stimulate his nervous system and speed up his neural synapses to react faster to danger and push his physical prowess to the absolute limit, allowing him to gain tremendous raw speed and monstrous power. This armor, combined with taijutsu, allows A to utilize nintaijutsu

Lightning Destruction
Type: Lightning, attack
Description: The user places his hands to the ground after converting their chakra in to lightning, then sending a powerful bolt of electricity that cuts through the ground in the direction of the target. The shape of the bolt is a triangle with the base in the direction of the user and the tip headed towards the target. It causes devastating destruction on its way and generates enough heat and power to destroy whatever it comes into contact with.

Lightning Hound
Type: lightning, offense
Description: By manipulating lightning chakra into the dominant hand, the user can make the lightning expand to create the form of a hound. The hound-shape remains connected to the user's hand with a bolt of lightning, allowing them to control it during its attack.

Water Release: Exploding Water Colliding Wave
Type: Water, defense
Description: The user spits out a great volume of water from their mouth, swallowing up and crushing the enemy with the advancing surge. The user can ride the wave, allowing them to move at high speed, and attack the enemy, now swept off their feet, without fear of counter-attacks. The amount of water created is proportional to the amount of chakra used

Water Release: Five Feeding Sharks
Type: Water, attack
Description: The user puts his hand on the surface of a body of water and from the tips of five fingers, chakra is released into the water, changing it into the form of five ferocious sharks. The sharks circle the target with high speed, creating a raging stream that takes away their prey's freedom of movement and their sharp teeth tear into the enemy with each consecutive attack. In the anime, these sharks can regenerate from surrounding water, making them difficult to destroy.

Water Clone Technique
Type: Water, defense
Description: The Water Clone Technique is similar to the Shadow Clone Technique except it creates clones out of water. Like other solid clone techniques, the clones can be used to perform tasks the user is unable or unwilling to do for themselves. The range of the clone is limited however, as it can not travel very far from the original body without losing control. Additionally, water clones only have one-tenth of the original person's power, as stated by Haku. Like other clone techniques, if the water clones are injured enough they will revert back to normal water.

Water Prison Technique
Type: water, attack
Description: This jutsu is used to trap a victim inside a virtually inescapable sphere of water. The only downside to this technique is that the user must keep at least one arm inside the sphere at all times in order for the victim to remain imprisoned. This jutsu requires a sufficient amount of water, which can be provided by expelling it from one's mouth.[2] Despite the fact that the prison is made up entirely out of water, it is stronger than steel as stated by Zabuza Momochi. Once trapped the target is unable to move while within it due to the heaviness of the water. Because of the density of the water it can be used for defensive purposes if performed on oneself.[

Water Release: Water Dragon Whip
Type: Water, offence
Description: This jutsu creates an orb of water from which many sharp whips of water emerge that can be directed towards and impale a target or multiple targets. The whips can also change direction in mid-trajectory, bending to seek out the targets.

Hidden Mist Technique
Type: Water, defence
Description: This displacement technique is a specialty of the Ninja from Kirigakure, where one causes a mist to spring forth by lifting up some water, then goes in and out of sight at will from within the pearly-white realm. The mist's thickness is controlled by the amount of chakra kneaded into it. It can't fool the Byakugan, but, due to the mist being created with the user's chakra, any Sharingan-user will see the mist colored by their opponent's chakra, which will effectively hide the user from the dōjutsu.

Takigakure Style: Watercutting Sword
Type: water, attack
Description: A secret jutsu of Takigakure that utilizes water to create a sword. The sword can be wielded in the normal fashion, allowing the ninja to cut and stab like a normal blade. This sword can also go through most fire jutsu.

Water Release: Water Whip
Type: Water, attack
Description: The user creates a whip made of water that can wrap around the opponent. The user can also funnel lightning chakra to shock anyone wrapped in it. This jutsu seems to be known by the Kirigakure Hunter-nin.

Water Release: Great Exploding Water Colliding Wave
Type: water, defence
Description: A stronger version of the Water Release: Exploding Water Colliding Wave. With it, Kisame spits out a large amount of water, covering an entire area with crushing, unavoidable waves. The water then forms into a giant orb, instead of letting it flow freely like the jutsu's weaker version.

Shadow clone Jutsu
Type: Attack
Description: Similar to the Clone Technique, this jutsu creates clones of the user. But unlike the Clone Technique, these clones are actual copies, not illusions. The user's chakra is evenly distributed among every clone, giving each clone an equal fraction of the user's overall power. The clones are capable of performing jutsu on their own and can even bleed, but will usually disperse after one or two solid blows. They can also disperse on their own. The clones will be created in roughly the same condition as the original.
Unlike other clone techniques, they can't be detected by the Byakugan because the clones have the exact same amount of chakra and aren't made from any other substance, making them indistinguishable from the actual person. In the anime, Sasuke Uchiha claims that the Sharingan can distinguish clones from the original, however various events throughout the series seem to indicate that this is not the case, implying that the Sharingan was merely used to keep track of the original's movements.

Secret Technique: Mist Rain
Type: Water, Defence
Description: A jutsu known by some Kirigakure Hunter-nin, the user makes rain which eats up the chakra it comes into contact with that is not of the same signature as the original user.

Description: After covering himself in his Lightning Release Armor, A jumps into the air and preforms a downward kick on his opponent.

Shadow of the Dancing Leaf
Type: attack
Description: A technique where one follows the opponent, closely matching their body's movement, just like a leaf that dances in the air is followed by its shadow. The technique begins with a swift upper kick that will launch their target into the air. It is mainly used to position an opponent into a vulnerable aerial position. This move by itself is harmless, but it is usable as a stepping stone for a great many powerful jutsu like Front Lotus and the Lion Combo. That said, it also has a rather high degree of difficulty.

One Thousand Years of Death
Type: Attack
Description: A very simple technique with an over-dramatic name, One Thousand Years of Death is little more than inserting one's index and middle fingers (similar to the Tiger hand seal) into the opponent's rectum, causing constipation, pain and/or embarrassment. It has no effect on unconscious targets. Characters that see the jutsu react oddly (Temari blushes, Pakkun questions if it's really a jutsu, and Gamakichi shows a look of disappointment), while those who have used or experienced the jutsu show great fear in it being used on them.
While seemingly useless, the technique can be useful if used correctly. During the first bell test, Kakashi was able to throw Naruto a great distance, probably propelling him with chakra. Naruto would later find out that the point behind the technique was to target the opponent's blind spot, and when one substitutes their fingers for a kunai with an exploding tag, it can be a lethal technique. The aforementioned variant has only been used by Naruto.

Dynamic Entry
Type: Attack
Description: This jutsu simply appears to be a flying jump kick, often performed on the face of an enemy, while dramatically screaming the words "Dynamic Entry".

Liger Bomb
Type: Lightning, Attack
Description: After covering himself in his Lightning Release Armor, the user grabs his opponent and lifts them high into the air. Then, using their extreme strength, he smashes them head first onto the ground in what resembles a powerbomb maneuver. This is devastating enough to shatter a large area of the ground itself on impact.

Few things need to be changed:

1. Water Prison Shark Dance Technique was created and used by Kisame who wielded Samehada, which when he merges with the sword, gains fish abilities to breathe under water. Thus to actually be able to use this technique, one must wield Samehada which is in Shimada's possession. So no to this one.
