Name: Body Replacement Technique

Hand Seals: Ram → Boar → Ox → Dog → Snake
This jutsu lets the user quickly switch places with another nearby object, such as a plant (normally a section of a log), an animal, or even another person within reach, leaving the opponent open to a counter-attack. Exploding tags can be attached to the replacement for an added surprise. Fundamentally, all ninja know this technique

Name: Transformation Technique
Type: E-rank, Supplementary
Hand Seals: Dog → Boar → Tiger
This jutsu allows the user to assume the appearance of another person, animal, or object. This is one of the basic jutsu taught at the Konohagakure Ninja Academy. Fundamentally, all ninja know this jutsu. The transformation technique is considered to be among the more difficult E-ranked techniques, since it requires constant emission of chakra while mentally maintaining the form. On top of that, the user would be, most likely, interacting with the environment. This puts much mental strain on the inexperienced ninja.

Name: Clone Technique
Type: E-rank, Supplementary
Hand Seals: Ram → Snake → Tiger
This technique creates intangible copies of the user. The clones are simply illusions and will dissipate when they come into contact with something. The illusions can be seen through by the Byakugan and the Sharingan. A person with normal eyes can also distinguish the clones from the original, since the clones will not disrupt the area around themselves with their movement (won't kick up dust, crush grass, etc.).

Name: Cloak of Invisibility Technique
Type: E-rank, Supplementary
This jutsu allows a ninja to take a cloak or a piece of cloth and blend into an object, making them invisible. Konohamaru uses this technique constantly in the beginning of the series to try and fool Naruto Uzumaki, but uses poor disguises (square rocks with eyeholes, cloaks that are incorrectly patterned or the wrong way round, or simply not covering himself completely), thus betraying the illusion

Name: Steel Fan
Rank: none
description: This is the black steel fan with a blue dragon on it that Kaida carries around with her. She had gotten from her parents as an inheritance and she uses it with her wind release techniques. Since it is made of steel, she can also slice people with it and is quite durable to attacks. The fan is quite big as it is almost as big as Temari's is, just a bit smaller.

Name: Wind Release: Great Breakthrough

Description: This technique creates a large explosion of wind from the user's location, easily leveling everything in its path. A variation of the technique involves a smaller blast of wind which gets ignited with flame.

Name: Sickle Weasel Technique
Type: C-rank, offensive, short-mid range
Users: Temari
Description: This bold move is Temari's speciality. By freely manipulating the gale brought forth by her Giant Folding Fan, the many air currents collide and create vacuums pockets. The person enveloped by this gale is assaulted by countless invisible blades, carving up their body. Also, the strong wind power will blow away all incoming projectile weapons and will even make the opponent unable to stay on their feet.

Description: Kaida uses her fan to create a very concentrate gust of wind that is capable of knocking back small projectile weapons and possibly an opponent.

Name: Wind Release: Wind Cutter Technique
Type: C-rank, supplementary, short-mid range
Description: A large slicing wind will be created which can cut through his opponent. This can be used to immobilize large targets. This technique can also be used to divide and neutralize an incoming wind attack launched against the user and make it harmless.

Before a summon can be performed, a prospective summoner must first sign a contract with a given species.[3] The contract can come in the form of a scroll or a tattoo. The summoner then signs the contract in their own blood. After this, they need only perform the hand seals, offer an additional donation of blood, and use the same hand they signed the contract with to summon the creature.[4] The amount of chakra used during the summoning determines how big the summoned creature can be. It should be noted that anyone can summon the animal as long as they have the blood from someone who has made a contract, along with sufficient chakra of their own.[5]
While most summoners have only been shown capable of summoning one type of creature, Pain has been seen summoning several different animals and even people. Pain does not provide a blood offering when performing a summon.
When an animal is summoned it is transported from its place of residence to the summoner's location. Once summoned, the animal can perform a task or help the user in battle. The summon is not required to help the user, and may be more of a hindrance than an ally. In addition, summons are able to summon their summoner. They may also wear a forehead protector, suggesting a loyalty to only one village.
Summoning can serve as a base for other jutsu, as is the case with Summoning: Food Cart Destroyer Technique and Summoning: Quick Beheading Dance. In these cases, summoning may not be restricted to creatures, Orochimaru also summoning corpses or defenses. Items can also be "summoned" from scrolls. Because the items are not summoned from anywhere, instead only being released from storage, no blood is needed and thus it is not a conventional summoning.

Kamatari (カマタリ) is a small, apparently one-eyed weasel holding a sickle with which it can cause a lot of destruction in a short amount of time. Its sickle is almost as large as itself but after it starts moving, it can't be seen by the unaided human eye. Kaida can summon him by swiping some of her blood onto the dragon that is on her fan. This is the only summon she can do. Usually the sickle weasles are affliated with only the sand ninja, however, when Kaida ran from her home in Yukigakure she had met an older person who had once fought as a Suna ninja and had this summon and passed it on to Kaida.

Description: Kaida can summon Kamatari with this. Kamatari will then send a single slicing wind that is capable of slicing through rock. This slicing wind is very fast and can only be traced by those with byakugan or sharingan. This is much like Summoning: Quick Beheading Dance, but on a much smaller scale.

Name: Body flicker technique
Type: D-rank, supplementary
Hand seals: Ram
Description: This jutsu is a high-speed movement technique, allowing a ninja to move short to long distances at an almost untraceable speed. To an observer, it appears as if the user has teleported. A puff of smoke is occasionally used to disguise the user's movements. It is accomplished by using chakra to temporarily vitalise the body and move at extreme speeds. The amount of chakra required depends on the overall distance and elevation between the user and their intended destination. Shisui Uchiha was feared as "Shisui of the Body Flicker" (瞬身のシスイ, Shunshin no Shisui), likely referring to this technique.

Description: This jutsu is a more powerful version of the Sickle Weasel Technique: many air currents collide to create vacuum pockets that slashes the opponents, with enough power to slice down many trees in a forest. This technique can deflect both physical and sound wave attacks and attack at the same time, making it both an offensive and defensive technique.

Description: Temari swings her fan to cause a tornado to descend on a target. This technique can be set up as a feint as it has a delayed activation. The technique alters weather conditions temporarily and attacks from the sky rather than from the person. The storm clouds that create the attack dissipate immediately after the tornado begins while the tornado continues in a highly concentrated state.

Range: short-mid
Description: This technique is a pinpoint slashing strike, where the user emits chakra from their fingertips and materializes it into an invisible sword that assaults the enemy in a gust of wind and making a slicing sound. If the Sickle Weasel Technique can be regarded as a swarm of wind kunai, then this jutsu is an uncatchable, unavoidable longsword. It leaves very deep slashes on the enemy.

Description: Using her fan, Kaida makes a small gust of wind that has small needle like blades in them that Kaida can manipulate to stab one or even several opponents. Due to being wind nature, they are very fast and hard to see, making it hard to dodge.
