The Lightning Fangs are twin pike-like swords that resemble dragon fangs, which were wielded by Raiga Kurosuki. Raiga could use the swords to channel Lightning Release techniques. They can conduct natural lightning as well. These swords could also be connected at the hilts by Raiga to form a larger double-bladed sword. These blades were left behind at the bottom of a river in the Land of Rivers after Raiga's death and Hotaru went searching for them, found them, and now wields them. (see sig for pic)

By drawing together his twin swords, Raiga can send an electrical essence into the clouds, allowing him to create lightning strikes in any desired location. Only 5 lightning bolts created by this technique.

Using his twin swords, Raiga can create several thunderbolts that cut through the ground until they hit the enemy.

By combining his twin swords at their hilts and rotating them, Raiga can use this jutsu to surround himself with electricity. The intense electric field protects him by electrocuting anyone who makes contact with it, but only works for one attack. This armor seems very strong as it is capable of standing up to Rock Lee's Drunken Fist.

Name: Lightning Release Shadow Clone

This technique allows the user to make a shadow clone infused with lightning. Because it is a shadow clone, it is able to perform jutsu and interact with the environment due to it having physical substance. If the clone is injured, it will revert to its natural lightning-state, at the same time electrocuting whatever it is touching.

The user places his hands to the ground after converting their chakra in to lightning. The user then sends an enormous bolt of electricity that cuts through the ground in the direction of the target. The shape of the bolt is a triangular with the base in the direction of the user and the tip headed towards the target. It causes devastating destruction on its way and generates enough heat and power to destroy whatever it comes into contact with.

This jutsu is a high-speed movement technique, allowing a ninja to move short to long distances at an almost untraceable speed. To an observer, it appears as if the user has teleported. A puff of smoke is occasionally used to disguise the user's movements. It is accomplished by using chakra to temporarily vitalise the body and move at extreme speeds. The amount of chakra required depends on the overall distance and elevation between the user and their intended destination.
