Mizukage Mansion building

Kuro brings out the can of paints and lay them in front of him and look up at the mansion

....how long has it been since the mizukage actually paint this place....

a bunch of moss drops on Kuro's head as he wipes it away

Kuro opens the lids of the cans and toss throws them away

Kuro kicks the puddle beneath him creating water droplets in the air that starts to freeze turning into crystals of ice floating in the air. The ice crystals falls into the cans of paint and turns to water mixing in with the paint.

Kuro forms two different handsigns with both of his hands and ends with him clapping both of his palm together. The paint in the cans starts to rise and turns into colorful ice crystals in the air. Kuro holds his left and right hand out and the ice crystals rains on the mizukage's mansion turning into liquid the moment it touches the mansion covering it in new coat of paint and a giving it a glossy new look

next...kitchen..duty....

Kuro enters the kitchen and looks at the busy cooks and approach one of them asking if he can help them

yeah sure..we need ALOT of extra hand in cutting the vegetables and the meat..its over there

the cook point at a long table covered with uncook vegetables and meat

Kuro walks over to the table and swings his huge cloth covered longsword to his left smashing everything to his left to bits scaring the cooks into silence. Kuro pull on the cloth revealing the tip of his longsword and swings it across the table. Kuro wraps the tip of his longsword and strikes the last mission on his list and walks out. As Kuro is walking out half of the kitchen, the vegetables and the meat all turn into slices of vegetables and meat.

Kuro walks into the mizukage's office and hands him the list

here are the tasks i havefor you to do
1.kitchen duty again
2.go help out at the ramen shop before the lunch rush comes
3.go down to trading assembly and bring this package to it
4.write me a speech to say for the new training arena that is opening
5.mow my lawn
6.read stories to the academy ninja

Kuro looks at the list again and walks out of the mizukage's office

Kuro heads for the kitchen

Kuro walks into the kitchen and notice that all the cooks are in a rush as a portion of the kitchen is in flames that's slowly eating half of the kitchen away

a couple of the cooks forms some hand signs and spews a stream of powerful jets of water over the flames slowly putting it out.

HEY! WHAT ARE YOU DOING HERE?!!? CANT YOU SEE THIS IS AN EMERGENCY!! MOVE!

one of the cooks push past Kuro and helps with the putting out of the flames. Kuro squeeze in between the cooks and stops them.

WHAT DO YOU THINK YOU ARE DOING..

Kuro looks at the flames as suddenly portions of the flames starts to freeze immediately turning the flames into a frozen sculpture. Kuro walks out of the kitchen and looks at the list

Kuro walks into the mizukage's office and place a speech written by him onto the desk of the mizukage. The piece of paper says:

I am glad that each one of you can make it here today. We kirigakure, may not have the largest army of shinobi in the shinobi world, however, we, will be the strongest shinobi ever to exist in the shinobi world. We will have power, power to stand for what's right, to not repeat a mistake that our forefathers had done before us. Kirigakure will not fall in darkness, we will rise, to be one of the most powerful country in the shinobi world.

However, this is not the same as searching for power to gain fame and riches, we will remain in the shadows, but enemies will fear kirigakure, for giving birth to the most elite shinobi in the shinobi world. That is the purpose of the opening of a new training area, a place for fine shinobis such as all of you, to hone your skill and strive to be the best. A place to for shinobis to find their strength and at the same time, discover their weaknesses. I urge every single one of you, to make good use of the training area, to be the best. Thank you.

Kuro walks over to the window and jumps down swinging his hand forward as a wave of ice mow the lawn of the mizukage in one move at the same time freezing slightly the tip of the grass creating a sparkle in the sunlight.

Kuro looks at the black smog contained within the ice crystal and walks away leaving the mansion

Mizukage...i hope you are aware of what happened in the village....
Kuro takes out a piece of ice that contains some sort of black fog

a day ago..i saw a man coughs up black blood...that blood evapourates..and creates this black fog..i manage to gather all of it and freeze it...
kuro place it on the mizukage's desk

"the mizukage signal's the anbu in the room the get the ice from kuro and then the mizukage looks at it closey as the anbu brings it to him"

Oh my goodness in all of my life i've never seen anything like this

Now kuro i have an important task for lad, take down to our finest doctors and see if they can come up with a vaccine also take these four letters to the mailing assembly and come back for further instructions

Kuro accepts the letters and walks out of the Mizukage's office.

Kuro knocks on the door of the mizukage's office and enters

Mizukage..i've found two veteran medical ninjas....one of them lives in the outskirts of kirigakure..an ex chief medical ninja...the other is the current chief medical ninja...

Kuro opens the door and leaves the office heading for the medic ninjas

"the mizukage gets out of his chair and walks into the hall waiting for kuro"
