Personality: Exactly as her name means (Deep Snow Silence), Miyuki is a cold-hearted person that tends to keep quiet. Her anger is always icy and easy to awaken. She doesn't like being around others unless they have the same goal as she does. She despises the structure of the ninja villages, instead preferring anarchy and chaos. She doesn't believe in fate though, instead declaring that everything is based on free will. She delights in pain, even if it is her own, a complete sadist and masochist. She has no care for life, only thriving on her own will to cause chaos and destruction, a constant aurora of death always surrounding her.

Eye Color: White- but they can't be seen unless her blindfold is taken off.
Hair Color: White with lavender streaks through it.
Hair Style: Short, shaggy cut with a choppy side sweep.

Clothing: She wears a light armor under her black cloak. She keeps the hood of the cloak up at all times. She keep an assortment of items on her person in the cloak.
Appearance: She is a midget but don't let her hear you say that if you want to keep your tongue. Not much can be seen of her frame because of the cloak that she wears but she is muscular for a girl.

Ninja Skills

Class: A-rank rouge
Weapons: Beside the basic, she only keeps on hand two special senbon.
Skills: She has great skills in all ranges though she specialized more in ninjutsu and has less skill in genjutsu. She also has mastered her kekkei genkai of ice and has an unusually large amount of chakra though she doesn't hold a tailed beast. (hell yes I am bringing back the ice kekkei. Get your asses back here, before Kuro goes on a blood rampage and I decide to join him in turning this place white. It will be bloody white. Ba ha ha ha!)
weaknesses: The heat. If there is one place she avoids, it would be Sunagakure and any other really warm place. Being more of a physical person, she has trouble dealing with genjutsu.

Background story: (I apologize now for the usual woe parts in this story)
Being born in a lesser village, Miyuki hated the system of the villages. There was no end to the wars and no end to hierarchy of who ruled what. She just viewed it all as a never ending stupidity. She wanted to change it. Even if she was born blind, she wanted to take on the challenge of change.

So at first she started out with clean mind set. She thought the way to change it was through pure motives. Her plan was peaceful and full of wishful thinking. A major change in her was when a new terrible leader arose. He oppressed the village, sucking the life out of it. No longer was the village prosperous and friendly. It turned into a ghost town. She watched as her parents became spineless and fearful, the same parents she had respected for their sacrifices and bravery.

With being enrolled into the academy at the time, she showed great promise in her studies and in spars. This new leader was always looking for people to recruit into what was his "special unit." Upon graduation, she was recruited to it. This started a new training, a training for her to become an emotionless killing machine. And the first step? Killing her own parents. She didn't want to do it. But it was either kill them or they were all going to be killed. She wanted to take that way out. Everyone dies and there is no pain. Her parents begged her though to kill them. "Keep living, for us, Miyuki." She would never forget those words as she stared blankly, her parents dead bodies lying before her and their blood dripping from her hands.

Through her separate training, she basically did become an emotionless killer. This unit dealt greatly in assassination. They also dealt with uprisings against the leader. In her time in this unit, she saw more innocent blood shed then her young mind had ever thought she'd see. It wasn't until years later that she got sick of what she had to do. She decided to destroy the leader. No one tried to stop her and after a pretty quick battle, she had slaughtered him. Yukigakure rejoiced that night for his death and everyone wanted to make Miyuki the new leader. She had a huge outburst, yelling at the villagers to wake up and start a new way of life. The villagers were appalled by her outburst and decided to kick her out.

Miyuki was enraged by this action but soon shrugged it off. There was a big world out there, she would change it and bring the anarchy that she longed for. She would destroy all in her way. She no longer cared. She became a monster.

Hand Seal: Tiger
The Water Clone Technique is similar to the Shadow Clone Technique except it creates clones out of water. Like other solid clone techniques, the clones can be used to perform tasks the user is unable or unwilling to do for themselves. The range of the clone is limited however, as it can not travel very far from the original body. Additionally, water clones only have one-tenth of the original person's power, as stated by Haku. Like other clone techniques, if the water clones are injured enough they will revert back to normal water.

Name: Silent Homicide Technique (無声殺人術, Sairento Kiringu; English TV "Silent Killing Technique")
Type: General skill
Users: Zabuza Momochi, Kakashi Hatake, Mizuki
As the name suggests, this technique is simply a very quiet method of killing an opponent, usually from behind with a blade. Additionally, because the user is very silent, it cannot be defended against. The user will often slit their opponent's throat, preventing any cry that might give them away. Zabuza was a master of this technique, and was even good enough to track and kill opponents through sound alone.

After spitting out a great volume of water from his mouth, the enemy is swallowed up by this advancing surge and crushed. The user can ride the wave, allowing them to move at high speed, and attack the enemy, now swept off their feet, without fear of counter-attacks, the amount of water created is proportional to the amount of chakra used. When used with Kisame's enormous chakra, even dry wastelands will turn into an ocean. Afterwards, the excess water can presumably be used for additional water release jutsu.

Gushing Water Imprisonment

Kuroma creates a flow of gushing water under the opponent which traps them in a sphere of water. Kuroma can perform an attack while the opponent is trapped. This jutsu is similar to Water Prison Technique, though Kuroma doesn't need to keep his arm in the sphere of water.

Secret Art: Flying Water Needles of Death and Destruction

A stronger version of the original Thousand Flying Water Needles of Death. Haku gathers large amounts of water from the air and surrounding environment into more than a thousand needles. He then directs the needles to a specific target, and leaps back to avoid damage to himself. The difference is that these needles are literally icicle spikes, and after damaging the target the icicle spikes melt into a light cold rain.

Demonic Thin Ice Mirrors

Haku vanishes and reappears in any location desired (usually behind the enemy), then creates a single ice mirror. Haku will then leap into the mirror from the rear and come out from the front, slashing the enemy with a senbon. This ice is very resistant to fire jutsu.

Demonic Ice Crystal Mirrors

Using his kekkei genkai, Haku can create a dome of twenty-one mirrors made out of ice to trap an opponent. Twelve remain at ground level, eight are placed above the first twelve and angled toward the ground, and the final mirror is above the rest and facing the ground. Haku can then enter one of the mirrors and instantly transport to another mirror. While moving about he bombards the opponent with attacks at very high speeds, such that the rest of the world appear to be moving in slow motion compared to him. Also, all the mirrors show a reflection of Haku, so it is difficult for the opponent to discern which mirror he is in. If the mirror Haku is in is broken, he can leap out of one of the fragments and continue his attack or move to another mirror. The technique requires a large amount of chakra to maintain, so Haku's movement becomes progressively slower the longer he maintains the mirrors. Though they are made from ice, the mirrors are resistant to at least low level fire techniques (Sasuke's Fire Release: Great Fireball Technique was barely able to make the rim frost melt). The cold which emanates from the mirrors is enough to cause snow to fall. Haku has also shown the ability to attack people far in the sky with his Ice Mirrors, as shown when he attacked Sai's team when they were flying in their bird drawing constructs.

This jutsu allows Miyuki to freeze anything she touches or comes within 3 feet of her at will turning anything it into a a block of glacial ice. She can manipulate the ice to freeze in different ways and can even use this on other jutsu, even her opponent's jutsu. This ice is very resistant to any fire jutsu. This works much like Guren's crystal release.

This jutsu allows Miyuki to release giant spikes made of ice. These spikes can form to different heights depending on her manipulation of the ice. These can form in an instant. The ice is very resistant to any fire jutsu.

Eagle Ice Storm

This jutsu creates ice in the form of eagles. Miyuki is able to create multiple eagles and can manipulate them at will. These ice eagles can attack opponents in varieties of ways. They can track opponents as well. The ice is very resistant to any fire jutsu.

This jutsu is much like the eagle ice storm instead creating dragons. This jutsu can also be used for transportation as well as attacking. Multiple dragons can be formed and manipulated. The ice is very resistant to any fire jutsu.

Demonic Ice Jutsu: Glacial Wall

Miyuki creates a wall of ice capable to block almost any form of attack. This technique can alse be used as an offensive move as she can create walls of ice around opponent(s) trapping them in a cube made of almost impenetrable ice isolating them in it. Miyuki can also move into the ice walls to attack those trapped inside, the attacks being unreadable due to their unpredictable nature. (the ice wall lasts for eight posts, four of mine and four of victim(s).)

Upon activation, the air around Miyuki will turn ice cold and foggy. When activated, any attacks towards her will be frozen into a block of ice. If a person actually attacks her, this jutsu will start to freeze that person.

Miyuki places both palms together as the entire area starts getting covered by ice burying everything within its vicinity in solid ice up to 1 kilometer. Everything within the area will be frozen solid and will continue to be buried in ice until Kuro's unconscious

This is a smaller version of whiteout. Miyuki places both palms together as a blizzard starts to blow about the vicinity. This drops visibility and present extreme temperatures that have the ability to freeze other techniques used.

Body Flicker Technique

This jutsu is a high-speed movement technique, allowing a ninja to move short to long distances at an almost untraceable speed.[2] To an observer, it appears as if the user has teleported. A puff of smoke is occasionally used to disguise the user's movements. It is accomplished by using chakra to temporarily vitalise the body and move at extreme speeds. The amount of chakra required depends on the overall distance and elevation between the user and the intended destination.

The Seeing Eye

This jutsu allows Miyuki to see the outside world when she needs to. Though her skills have developed where she does not always need this jutsu, having developed her hearing and sense of touch to the point of being able to almost sense other attacks, she will occasionally use this jutsu. This is especially true when Makoto, her companion, is rendered onconscious and there is need for her to "see." This does not allow her to see in color so she has no comprehension of color, only shades of black to white.

The place where the victim is sliced will start to freeze over with ice. This continues for up to 10 posts or until two unafflicted ninja break the chakra flow. Miyuki actually created these two senbon, putting her own blood into the making of these senbon, thus her weapons cannot be turned against her. Multiple victims can be afflicted. This genjutsu can cause victims to experience panic and to go mentally insane, causing mental scaring. However, affliction can change depending on the person, but generally causes fatigue and slowed motor function.

Personality: Makoto is a serious being. He is a down to earth person that is very loyal to Miyuki. He doesn't really approve of much of Miyuki's actions but he does agree that anarchy is the way the world should be.

Family: Siberian Husky

Description: Makoto is not actually a summon but is with Miyuki at all times. When Miyuki was young, she got lost outside of Yukigakure in a blizzard. She was still not accustomed to finding her way on her own without the help of others yet due to her blindness. She almost came to the point of dying if it had not been for this Siberian Husky. The young Husky had dragged the unconscious Miyuki out of the snowstorm and into a protected cave. The young Husky then provided for her for a week until Miyuki was able to return to the village, the storm having died down.

Through this experience, they became friends. When the storm cleared, Makoto guided the sick Miyuki back to the village and back home to where her family returned her back to health. From then on though, Makoto became Miyuki's eyes. The two are inseparable and keep with each other, no matter where they go. There are no secrets and Makoto is the one that Miyuki cares for the most, he being the only being that Miyuki will put her life on the line for.

This technique allows the user to petrify whatever or whoever is touching him and causes it to start to crumble. The technique also seems to increases the weight of whatever is petrified.[1]

This jutsu can transform the ground upon which the enemy stands into a river of mud to throw them off balance. After Makoto uses this, Miyuki can then proceed to freeze the opponent in the mud to hold them.

Earth Release: Earth Style Wall

This ninjutsu is used to defend against an incoming attack by creating a solid wall of earth. Chakra is converted to earth within the body and then spat out. This earth then instantly rises up and takes form. The barrier itself is also coated with chakra, making its strength incomparable to that of a normal mud wall. Because of the earth's special characteristics, the wall is highly resistant against, for instance, fire and water. Also, for a Kage-class shinobi it is possible to create a vast volume of earth. When used by Kakashi he creates a wall composed of bulldog sculptures to box-in Pain, and rather than spitting out mud, Kakashi simply causes the ground to rise.

The user flows chakra through all parts of their body, which hardens their skin to a steel-like quality. This increases their defensive power to the utmost limits. The user's skin becomes much darker, an almost black colour. Furthermore, the destructive power of physical attacks is increased, making this a great all-purpose technique. The amount of techniques that can break through the areas hardened by the Earth Spear are close to zero, not including its undeniable weak point: Lightning Release ninjutsu. Kakuzu used this technique through the use of his earth-element mask.

Earth Release: Hiding Like a Mole

This technique changes earth into fine sand by channeling chakra into it, allowing the user to dig through it like a mole. This effect goes around the body (not just the hands), making it just large enough for a person to move through. The user can pinpoint where they are, despite being underground, by sensing the magnetic forces. They can also sense what is happening on the surface and use that information to launch a surprise attack on the enemy.[2][3][4] One can also hide deep in the ground, escaping to a depth where the enemy can't reach. Makoto can extend its use to also take Miyuki with him.

This jutsu creates a large amount of rock pillars from under ground. They can then be controlled to surround their opponent and create a bamboo-like thicket of rock.

Earth Release: Mud Wolves

This jutsu creates wolf figures out of mud that can attack an opponent. These mud wolves will keep reforming from attacks unless they are utterly obliterated or the user is knocked unconscious. These can serve also as a distraction to allow the user to escape as the opponents have to defeat the wolves.

This jutsu allows Makoto to control stones and rocks in the area to attack the enemy, forming several enormous jaws made out of the earth that will swallow and crush the enemy.
