Weapons: a big steel fan that surprisingly is lighter weight then it seems like it'd be. The fan is all black and as a blue dragon on it. Kaida usually has it folded up and carries it tied to her back with the handle just behind her shoulder so she can easily pull it out if she needs it.

Background story:

Kaida actually grew up in Yukigakure but lost her parents when she was young. She was given over to another villager to be raised and he treated her horribly. Sick of being treated this way, she left the village and ran away, that treatment forming her personality of today. Being strong and determined to get away, she made it all the way to amegakure, stealing food from villages along the way. She grew up on her own, learning how to survive with basically nothing at all, just getting by with stealing what she needed. One day an amegakure ninja saw her steal a bunch of food and other items that she needed. He followed her to the small cave that she called home that was outside of the village. She noticed that someone was following her and quickly tried to kill the ninja, as she feared that he was going to get her into trouble. He easily stopped her and complimented her on her skills of stealth and combat. He then offered her to get a better and become a ninja and stay at his house. Kaida accepted knowing that this was her chance to finally get out of the slums of life. She didn't trust the ninja at first and was always on guard around him. He gave her space and let her be, never prodding her for her past. She finally relaxed after several years, but never completely opened up to him, still silent whenever he would try to start a conversation, only giving short one word answers to his questions of how her day was. She was just glad to have an actual home and food.
