Background story:

Fuyuki didn't ever know his parents. The seven tailed beast was sealed inside him when he was born and he was raised by his grandmother. He always seemed to be the odd ball while he was growing up. He didn't really have any friends and he became more secluded when he learned about puppets from a ninja that was from sunagakure that was a puppeteer. Fuyuki had seen him battling with a rouge ninja that he had been tracking. Fuyuki became interested in the puppets and had instantly ran out to the Suna ninja after the battle was over to examine these strange things that had caught his interest. The Suna ninja was kind and found Fuyuki amusing so he decided to stay for a little, though his mission was completed, to show Fuyuki how to use puppets, even giving Fuyuki one of his puppets. After that, Fuyuki couldn't be seen without a puppet. He was constantly working on making his own puppets, even when he did get accepted into the academy.

Description:
This jutsu lets the user quickly switch places with another nearby object, such as a plant (normally a section of a log), an animal, or even another person within reach using the Body Flicker Technique, the moment an attack hits. This creates an optical illusion, making the enemy think the attack was successful. The user can then use this confusion to escape or launch a counter-attack. Exploding tags can be attached to the replacement for an added surprise. The anime has a number of other objects being used for this jutsu, such as a boulder, mud, a scarecrow, and even a large rolled-up carpet. These items are usually nowhere in sight, suggesting that they are merely gags meant to lighten up the situation and not an actual part of the jutsu. Additionally, the normal practice of switching places with a section of log is done in several places that have no such thing anywhere nearby.

This jutsu allows the user to assume the appearance of another person, animal, or object. This is one of the basic jutsu taught at the Konohagakure Ninja Academy. Fundamentally, all ninja know this jutsu. The transformation technique is considered to be among the more difficult E-ranked techniques, since it requires constant emission of chakra while mentally maintaining the form. On top of that, the user would be, most likely, interacting with the environment. This puts much mental strain on the inexperienced ninja.

Name: Clone Technique

This technique creates intangible copies of the user. The clones are simply illusions and will dissipate when they come into contact with something. The illusions can be seen through by the Byakugan and the Sharingan. A person with normal eyes can also distinguish the clones from the original, since the clones will not disrupt the area around themselves with their movement (won't kick up dust, crush grass, etc.).

This jutsu allows a ninja to take a cloak or a piece of cloth and blend into an object, making them invisible. Konohamaru uses this technique constantly in the beginning of the series to try and fool Naruto Uzumaki, but uses poor disguises (square rocks with eyeholes, cloaks that are incorrectly patterned or the wrong way round, or simply not covering himself completely), thus betraying the illusion

Name: Blade of Wind

Description: This technique is a pinpoint slashing strike, where the user emits chakra from their fingertips and materializes it into an invisible sword that assaults the enemy in a gust of wind and making a slicing sound. If the Sickle Weasel Technique can be regarded as a swarm of wind kunai, then this jutsu is an uncatchable, unavoidable longsword. It leaves very deep slashes on the enemy.

Name: Wind Release: Slashing Tornado

Description: Temari creates two localized tornadoes by flapping her Giant Folding Fan. The first tornado ensnares the opponent in it and the second tornado combines with the first to create one giant tornado that slashes the opponent to death with razor sharp wind pinions. Fuyuki only uses this jutsu when in full tailed beast form, using the Nanabi's wings to create the large tornadoes.

Description: While in Nanabi form, Fuyuki creates hurricane strength winds with his wings that he can manipulate on will. He can use the winds in a variety of ways such as causing the winds to diverge on an opponent to almost crush them with the pressure, use as a distraction, or to blow back opponents or any projectiles.

Name: Body Flicker Technique

Description: This jutsu is a high-speed movement technique, allowing a ninja to move short to long distances at an almost untraceable speed.[2] To an observer, it appears as if the user has teleported. A puff of smoke is occasionally used to disguise the user's movements. It is accomplished by using chakra to temporarily vitalise the body and move at extreme speeds. The amount of chakra required depends on the overall distance and elevation between the user and their intended destination. Shisui Uchiha was feared as "Shisui of the Body Flicker" (瞬身のシスイ, Shunshin no Shisui), likely referring to this technique.
