This is a jutsu in which the user focuses precise chakra control into their hands or feet to greatly enhance their strength. Tsunade created the concept of this jutsu to intimidate enemies and keep them at bay while she heals injured ninja.

The training for this technique is quite arduous, as Tsunade repeatedly came at Sakura with full power to help her learn. Despite this, the outcome of this training is incredible, giving the user enough strength to easily make large craters or kill opponents with single strikes. Sakura and Tsunade both have a variation of this technique, Sakura's being Cherry Blossom Impact and Tsunade's Painful Sky Leg.

It is vital to match the amount of chakra used to the severity of the affliction or injury. This requires a great amount of chakra control. Because of this, only a few highly skilled medical-nin are able to use this technique. In Part II, Kabuto demonstrated the ability to use it a short distance away from the target instead of close contact.[2]

By sending an excess amount of chakra into the patient's body, the user can overload the patient's normal circulation, trapping them in a comatose state
