Tsuchikage's Office

Kurono sits in her office as she fills out paper work. She pauses in her work to take a breather. There was always so much paperwork to do. There never seemed to be an end. But she knew that she had taken the responsibility as becoming the Tsuchikage. But she reminisced still about the past as she took her short break. She chuckled quietly to herself as she thought about how she had been an eager genin, completing missions such as painting the outside of the office. She got up from her desk as she looked out the window. In fact there was a team of genin out there painting at that time.

She chuckled once more. The training she had gone through had changed her. She remember the time she found out about the Gobi from another tailed beast from... Kumogakure? She believed that's where he had been from. It was hard to remember. 'I wonder how he is doing?' She thought to herself as she stared out the window, watching the genins paint the office. A bee comes out and lands on her shoulder. She smiled fondly. She used to think it was weird, the bees, but now she doesn't know what she'd do without them. They were a great ally, though her greatest ally was the beast inside of her. That's what a huge part of the training during those years had been, training to get stronger and to be able to control the beast inside of her. The control worked well even though it had been hard to get the five tails to cooperate. But with time, she gained the upper hand, the control. Now she could use the tailed beast power more effectively than before. She sighed as she sat back down continuing with the paperwork she had to complete.

She finishes up with the paper work. 'I do wonder how that person is.' She remembered that he had been a great person. Very... she couldn't think of the word that she was trying to think of. Determined... that was it. She smiled very satisfied. He was ready to try hard and was very strong about the tailed beasts helping each other. 'Maybe I should see how he's doing?' She thought. She looked at the bee that was still sitting on her shoulder. She got to her feet and walked over to the window and opened it slightly. The bee took off, flying away to find Kuro.

The bee that had been about the village flew to the window of the office. The window happened to be open because it was a nice day. So the bee flew through the open window and flew up to Korono and landed on her arm. She lifted up her arm and looked at the bee intently as it occasionally made buzzing sounds with its wings. "Ah, good work friend. You can take a break." She said to the bee. Even though she knew the bee language, she preferred to talk to them aloud in human language as the bees knew what she was saying too. She got up from her desk. "If this villager is as harmless as you say, then maybe I'll go greet him myself." The bee took off from her arm and instead perched on her shoulder. Kurono exited her office after closing it up firmly. She then headed into the village.
