Name: Gentle fist
Type: Kekkei genkai, Supplementary, range [0-10m]
Description: The Gentle Fist style of combat is based on palm strikes and generally aims to damage the body's Chakra Pathway System, thus creating difficulty by inhibiting an opponent's use of chakra. To do this, the user will forcefully insert a small amount of their own chakra into an opponent's chakra pathway system. The chakra can the be used to rupture or divert chakra flow, preventing them from using jutsu. It can also be used to attack the opponent's internal organs, to which the chakra pathway system is closely tied. Even the slightest tap from this style can cause major damage, hence the name "gentle fist." Because the chakra pathway system is invisible, the Byakugan is required for this style to be used effectively. Since the Byakugan is unique to the Hyuga clan, it has become their signature style of combat.

Name: Eight Trigrams Palms Heavenly Spin
Type: Kekkei genkai, Defensive, range [0-10m]
Description: This jutsu utilizes the chakra control gained through Gentle Fist training to release a huge amount of chakra from all of the user's chakra points. The released chakra blocks any possible attack on the user. The user then spins rapidly to parry the attack, both creating a rotating shield of chakra around themselves and tossing away any nearby attackers. The user can also actively control the size and power of the sphere to suit the situation. This jutsu is only effective when rotating, since the chakra itself is not enough to stop a physical attack. If they cannot rotate, the user becomes vulnerable.

Name: Eight Trigrams Empty Palm
Type: Kekkei genkai, Offensive, range [0-10m]
Description: This jutsu is similar in practice to Eight Trigrams Palms Heavenly Spin, but has a specific target rather than a general area. To perform it, Neji does a palm thrust, shooting a concentrated force of chakra out of his hand, to violently push the opponent away.

Name: Eight Trigrams Empty Strike
Type: Kekkei genkai, Offensive, range [0-10m]
Description: Derived from the Hyuuga clan's style of Gentle Fist,once the enemy is within Murasaki's field of divination he will assume the Gentle Fist stance and delivers a lightning quick thrust to the enemy's stomach and whirls around and delivers the second blow to their chest sending them crashing to the ground as if being repelled by an unknown force.

Description: Murasaki spins around at high speed before landing a double palm thrust at the enemy causing them to crash backwards.

These moves are more like b rank.They are approved but you will have to wait before you can use them

well if u were to put it that way then consider the hyuuga to
not have any jutsus to use at all at genin level since all of
their jutsus causes their opponent to lose chakra each time they
were struck and their jutsus mainly consists on how much chakra
they pour into it especially the rotation considering the size
between neji's rotation and hiashi(pardon if wrong name,confuse
between hiashi and hizashi) greatly differs in size+.

But remember not all Hyuuga can do these moves.You are trying to put them a d rank. Thats too weak

Description: Delivers an uppercut using his palm, Murasaki will then follows it with a forward palm thrust while they're are still in the air causing them to curl forward followed by a spin and strikes them twice on the chest with palm thrusts.
